# Sign-in, Account & Public Pages

How to sign in or create a Framo account, accept an organization invite, and where to find Framo's public pages.

## Sign in / Create account

Go to **/auth** ("Continue to Framo"). One screen handles both sign-in and sign-up — there's no separate register form.

Two ways to authenticate:
- **Continue with Google** — click the Google button (OAuth).
- **Continue with Email** — type your email, click **Continue with Email**. Framo emails you a magic sign-in link; no password.

If a security check appears ("Making sure you're not a toaster..."), wait for it to pass — the buttons stay disabled until it clears. This is a Cloudflare Turnstile captcha.

By continuing you agree to the linked **Terms of Service** (/terms) and **Privacy Policy** (/privacy).

### Email magic link

After submitting your email you land on **/auth/verify** ("Check your Email") — open the sign-in link sent to your inbox (check spam if missing) to finish signing in.

Note: if your email already exists under Google, Framo shows "Email already exists with a different provider. Were you using Magic Link?" — sign in the original way.

## Complete registration (username)

First-time accounts are sent to **/auth/complete-registration** to pick a **username** (3–20 characters; letters, numbers, underscores only). Availability is checked live as you type. Submitting with **Complete Registration** finishes the account and grants **500 free credits** (one-time; returning users who previously claimed credits are restored without new credits).

## Accept an organization invite

Open the invite link an admin sent you: **/invite/{token}**. The page shows the organization name, type, and the role you'll join as.

- **Signed in:** click **Accept invite** to join. You're taken to the dashboard.
- **Not signed in:** click **Sign in to join** (or **Create account**) — you'll return to the invite after authenticating, then accept.

You can only belong to one organization at a time; leave your current org first if you're already a member. Invalid, expired, or already-used invite links show an error with a link back to the dashboard.

## Mobile app sign-in

The Framo mobile app signs in with **Google** or **Apple** and exchanges that for a session automatically — no separate steps in the app beyond the provider prompt.

## Public pages

These pages are open without an account:

- **Landing** — `/` — Framo's home/marketing page.
- **Pricing** — `/pricing` — plans (Free, paid tiers, Enterprise), monthly/yearly toggle, credit top-ups, and an FAQ. Free includes 500 one-time credits; paid plans renew monthly and unused credits roll over (capped at two months' worth). Click a plan to start.
- **Drops** — `/drops` — gallery of featured Framo projects. Open any card to view it in the 3D viewer, then clone it into your own account to remix. See [Sharing, public viewer & Drops](/docs/product/sharing-drops).
- **Tools & Extensions** — `/links` — download the **Framo Bridge** Blender add-on (.zip) and the **Image Collector** Chrome extension.
- **Contact** — `/contact` — email contact@framo.app or join the Discord community.
- **Legal hub** — `/legal` — links to Terms & Conditions (`/legal/terms`), Privacy Policy (`/legal/privacy`), Cookie Policy, Usage & AI Safety Policy, Copyright & Takedown, and Legal Notice (Impressum). `/terms` and `/privacy` redirect into this hub.
