When publishing models or content based on such training data, the User is solely responsible for compliance with copyright and other legal requirements.
7. Reporting Violations & Takedown
7.1
Suspected violations of this policy can be reported to contact@framo.app. The report should contain as precise information as possible (e.g., URL, description of the content).
7.2
Framo may immediately delete or block content in the event of clear violations and, where applicable, take measures against the responsible account.

8.1 Possible Measures for Violations
- Notice or warning
- Deletion of individual content
- Temporary suspension of certain features or the entire account (at least 24 hours)
- Permanent suspension of the account
8.2
As a rule, repeated violation of this policy (approximately three confirmed violations) leads to permanent suspension. In the case of particularly serious violations, immediate account deletion may occur.
8.3
Users may raise objections to measures by email to contact@framo.app. However, there is no entitlement to the lifting of lawfully taken measures.
9. EU AI Act-Oriented Principles
Framo is guided by the core principles of the European legal framework for AI (e.g., transparency, security, abuse prevention, documentation, and accountability) in the design of its AI features.
No statement is made that Framo fully meets a specific regulatory classification or all future detailed requirements of the EU AI Act in every respect.
10. Amendments to this Policy
We may adapt this policy, particularly if legal frameworks or technical circumstances change. The currently valid version is available on our website.
