Information on Content Moderation (DSA)
Framo employs the following content moderation measures:
- Manual review: Reported content is reviewed by us
- Automated systems: We use automated filters from AI model providers (e.g., fal.ai) that may block certain content during generation
- User reports: Users can report violations to contact@framo.app
When making decisions to remove content or suspend accounts, we inform affected users of the reasons and the possibility to lodge a complaint pursuant to Art. 17 DSA.
Online Dispute Resolution and Consumer Arbitration
The European Commission previously provided a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR platform). This platform was shut down on July 20, 2025.
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
