1. Service Description

Framo is a delta-based 3D model editing system with AI-powered enhancement, providing real-time rendering, raytracing, material editing, and collaborative features for 3D content creation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Framo (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Pricing: We offer the following subscription tiers:

  • Starter: $29/month ($24/month yearly)
  • Professional: $49/month ($41/month yearly)
  • Studio: $99/month ($82/month yearly)
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing

Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Annual plans receive a 17% discount.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. User Content

Ownership: You retain all rights to content you create using Framo. We do not claim ownership of your 3D models, designs, or other creative works.

License to Framo: You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you. This includes enabling features like sharing, collaboration, and rendering.

AI Processing: When you use AI features, your prompts and generated content may be processed by third-party AI services (Fal.ai). We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

7. Service Limitations

Service usage is subject to the following limits based on your subscription tier:

  • Storage: 20GB to 500GB depending on plan
  • Bandwidth: 100GB to 2TB per month
  • AI Credits: 500 to 5000 per month
  • API Requests: 0 to 1000 per hour
  • Concurrent Projects: 5 to unlimited

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to uploading malicious code, violating the intellectual property rights of others, or engaging in illegal activities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on the Service are the property of Framo or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Framo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
