Questions about billing

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately and your credits are prorated. A downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep what you paid for until then.

Do unused credits roll over?

Yes. Unused credits carry into the next billing period, and your balance is capped at two months of your plan's allocation: 12,000 credits on Pro, 24,000 on Max.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan comes with 500 welcome credits, granted once. They don't expire, but they don't renew either, so a paid plan is what gets you a monthly allocation.

What is a credit worth?

It depends on the action: roughly 1 to 32 credits for an image, 25 to 420 for a video, 53 to 84 for a 3D model, and 210 to 840 to train a LoRA. Framo always shows the exact price before you run a generation, and your balance stays on screen.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, with no cancellation fee. Your access runs to the end of the billing period you already paid for, and any remaining credits stay on your balance.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods, handled by Polar, our payment processor.

Who owns the content I create?

You do. Everything you create or generate on Framo stays yours, AI-generated results included, and you can use it commercially on a paid plan, subject to any third-party rights.

What happens when I delete my account?

Your projects, files, and content are permanently deleted. You have 30 days to reactivate by signing back in; after that, deleted content cannot be restored.

Do I need to be a certain age to use Framo?

Yes, you must be at least 18 years old. Registering confirms that you meet that requirement.
